My Soul Story
In 2012, my life shifted into what many call the dark night of the soul.
It was a season of unraveling — a time when everything I thought I knew fell away.
Yet within that deep night, I found the rose of transformation blooming.
Breathwork, craniosacral therapy, life coaching and the mystery of life itself became my guides.
Through them, I discovered a path of release, remembrance, and renewal.
What began as my own healing journey blossomed into a devotion:
to hold sacred space for others,
to witness their unfolding,
to walk with them reclaiming their wholeness and remember who they truly are.
I believe healing asks us to be both courageous and tender.
And I am here to offer both — a soft place to land and a gentle hand to hold.
My Journey to Healing
In 2012, I found myself navigating through what is often called the “dark night of the soul”. It was a period marked by profound challenges and deep transformation, a time when everything I thought I knew about myself, and my life seemed to shift. This intense journey led me to seek healing and understanding beyond the conventional path.
During this pivotal time, I discovered the transformative power of transformational breathwork, craniosacral therapy and life coaching which became a beacon of light, guiding me through a difficult time, and offering profound insight into my own healing which then led to the questions of -who am I, what am I here for and what is my purpose? Breathwork helped me reconnect with my inner strength, allowing me to release deep-seated tension and trauma, while craniosacral therapy facilitated a gentle yet profound awareness and alignment within my body and mind.
Having worked passionately in dentistry for 3 decades as a dental nurse and hygienist I felt it was time to take on a new direction in being of service.
I embarked on a path of rigorous learning and personal growth to deepen my understanding and enhance my ability to guide others. My qualifications include:
